Tsunami Bar® Sports & Swing Balance™
Exercise Matrix
Tsunami Bar® Sports wants to make implementing the Tsunami Bar® and Swing Balance™ products into your training as simple as possible. The Matrix lists a wide variety of exercises organized in rows by Main Power Source/Target and in columns by Specific Sports/Activities. Exercise intensity/complexity is listed as Level 1 for basic/intro movements and Level 3 for advanced movements. As we continue to develop the site you will be able to click on the level number and you will be taken to a page detailing how to effectively perform the exercise. Although the exercises are Tsunami Bar®/Swing Balance™ dominant, there are also many exercises that utilize other implements such as Med/Slam Balls, Kettlebells, Exercise Bands and Body Weight.
