The Tsunami Bar Sports/Swing Balance Exercise Matrix is a first of its kind reference for linking exercises to individual sports that groups the movements into Power Sources. For full descriptions of Power Sources click on the Power Source below. To see how to perform the individual exercises click on the numbers in the row for the exercise. Level 1 exercises are the starting point for each exercise and level 3 (available to members only) are more advanced. The object is to pick an exercise or two from each Power Source you want to train during a workout. The Matrix is in constant development and updated weekly so check back often for updates.
